Images and fonts are served with the website. This website does not use embedded social-media feeds or advertising cookies. Your browser contacts external services such as WhatsApp, Calendly, LinkedIn or an app store only when you follow their links. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Optional website measurement
If you allow measurement in cookie settings, Google Analytics for Firebase records page visits and successful contact enquiries. Firebase Performance Monitoring collects technical information about page loading and network requests. Google processes these measurements; Analytics cookies and a Firebase installation identifier distinguish browser visits. Advertising features are disabled. We do not send contact-form fields to Analytics. You can turn measurement off at any time in cookie settings.
With the same permission, Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits without analytics cookies. We remove query parameters and URL fragments before sending page addresses to Vercel.
Contact enquiries
The contact form asks for your name, email address, enquiry topic and message. These details are used to respond to your request. The server checks and limits requests to protect the form from abuse. Enquiries are stored privately in Google Firebase Firestore in Belgium. Firestore records expire after 90 days and are removed by a daily cleanup task. Temporary rate-limit records use a keyed hash of the IP address and contain no message content. The form confirms receipt after the enquiry has been saved, independently of whether an email notification succeeds.
When email notifications are enabled, Resend receives your name, email address, enquiry topic and message to forward the enquiry to the studio’s private inbox. Your email address is used as the Reply-To address so we can respond to you. The 90-day Firestore retention period does not apply to email copies in our inbox; these copies are not deleted by the Firestore cleanup task. Local testing and preview environments do not send email notifications.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry by using our contact form. Please avoid including passwords or other secrets in your message.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel. Hosting infrastructure processes connection data, such as IP addresses and technical request information, to serve and protect the website.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTED
When you register, any mobile application developed by Sergey Koval (Kovallux Dev) collects personal information such as your username, email address, birth date, gender, spoken and studied languages and any other personal or preference information that you freely enter, as well as your profile picture.
Mobile Application will use your personal information for the following general purposes: (i) to provide you with Services; (ii) to respond to your questions and comments; (iii) to communicate with you via regular mail and email (or other electronic means) about Services; for (iv) statistical purposes and (v) otherwise as described to you at the point of collection.
When you use the Service, you may set up your personal profile and enroll in courses. Mobile Application stores and collects this information so that Mobile Application can provide you with the Service and offer personalized features.
Mobile Application does not monitor the information you include in your Profile, but Mobile Application shall have the right (but not the obligation) in it sole discretion to cancel your Profile, if it violates the rights of third parties or it is otherwise objectionable. Mobile Application receives and records information from your device, including your IP address and the Service you request. Mobile Application uses information to fulfil your requests for products and services, improve our Services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal purpose and external clients.
2. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Mobile Application does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with third parties except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
Mobile Application responds to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
