Subject to these Terms of Use, Kovallux grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use our mobile applications on devices that you own or control.

This licence does not transfer any ownership rights in the applications or their content to you.

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos and other materials in our applications and on our website are owned by or licensed to Kovallux and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party services

Our applications may use or link to third-party services, such as app stores, payment providers, analytics providers or external websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We cannot control their content or availability.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Luxembourg City, Luxembourg, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
